Dear Councillors Dowell, Marks, Clough, Gianpiero, Bennett, Ekins, Houston, Meineke, Ritchie, Scheibel and Smith
With respect, please note my attached letter, dated 2013.12.04, about water fluoridation being a medical treatment without informed consent.
According to the NSW Health Department’s own Policy Directive for Consent to Medical Treatment – Patient Information, a medical treatment without informed consent can constitute “assault and battery”.
Please note also that The Commonwealth of Australian Constitution Act disallows “conscription for medical and dental purposes” and “When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.”
