UPDATES: Please post all updates and comments in the LEAVE A REPLY section below.
MICHAEL FOLEY IS STRUGGLING FOR HIS CREDIBILITY IS MY GUESS.
DON’T KNOW WHETHER this show IS PURELY VICTORIA OR NOT – THESE SORT OF THINGS TECHNICALLY, ARE NOT MY ‘FORTE’ – between 4-5pm – certainly advertised as the only hour long news – Wednesday 21/8/13 around 4.30ish if you can find a podcast?
This is a NEW news show on Channel 7 with Melissa Doyle (used to be on morning show with Kochie)and Matthew White (was Today-Tonight).
Whilst he is on the ropes, we should insist on follow up. Foley was alone, so I would think his off-sider (Professor Michael) Moore is offended by previous mail he has received ??
I reckon we have a real chance here to give some truth. It was said that after 70 years of fluoridation and 97% of Australia being fluoridated he very plausibly and calmly and believably stated he was worried that we would all suffer from dental problems (if fluoridation is ceased).
Foley got a huge emotional message out there that councils should not be making decisions and said State Governments should be doing so. (Foley) Advised Lismore will regret this, because there will be more dental caries etc. We should ask for follow-up time. Or at the very least be writing to them from all over Australia and setting the information straight.
Mel was very good – her statement was ‘we will have to await the outcome won’t we?’
Whilst these two are in a new position, I reckon we have an opportunity, pointing out that Foley is a dentist and will benefit by dental damage – so why wouldn’t he be for fluoride? The ‘systemic ingestion’ angle (as mis-information) needs be pushed???
I need help here.
