Dear Mayor & Councillors,

I hereby officially make you aware of the following book:

The Case Against Fluoride
Authors: Dr. Paul Connett, Dr. James Beck, Dr. Spedding Micklem
Year: 2010
ISBN: 9781603582872
Expert review: http://www.fluorideresearch.org/433/files/FJ2010_v43_n3_p170-173.pdf
Praise: http://www.chelseagreen.com/bookstore/item/the_case_against_fluoride:paperback/praise/
From the lead author: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R39xFn_v82Q&feature=player_detailpage#t=478s

Hundreds of people (Bcc) are now also aware that you each have been notified of the existence of this text. Therefore, you no longer have the legal, moral or intellectual luxury of claiming that you were unaware of the detailed arguments against fluoridation. Plausible deniability is no longer an option for any of you as individuals, nor for your Council, as an organisation.

I grant full permission for anyone to use this email in future legal actions that may be brought against Gympie Regional Council by people claiming damages as a result of the fluoridation of their water supplies; and/or those presenting ethical cases against Gympie Regional Council for overriding their informed consent to treatment.

Given that a leading Australian public health expert recently concluded, “there is insufficient ethical justification for artificial water fluoridation in Australia,” (http://afamildura.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/public-health-ethics-2012-awofeso-phe-phs016.pdf ) I suggest Gympie Regional Council obtains the services of a damned good lawyer.

Sincerely,

Daniel Zalec
Victoria
